Every book is printed and bound to order. Shipping is a flat $6.95 to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, however many copies are in the order. Orders of $70 or more ship free, and the two-copy set always ships free. Allow about 2 weeks from order to delivery. You get a tracking link by email the moment your copy ships. The digital edition, when included, is delivered instantly through Whop.
Every order is covered for 365 days. If at any point in the first year you decide the book was not worth it, we refund your order in full. No reason needed, and there is no guilt-trip email sequence afterward.
The first 30 days, you keep the book: email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you without the book coming back. From day 31 to day 365 the refund still stands, we just ask you to post the copy back to us first. The clock starts on delivery, not on the order.
Order protection, if you added it at checkout for $4.95, is a different thing from the guarantee. It means that if the parcel is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we reprint and reship it at no cost and with nothing to send back. You never need it to get a refund; the guarantee already covers that.
How to claim it: email support@enochsarchive.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
The fine print, kept short: the guarantee covers one order per customer per product, digital purchases included. That is it. There is no other fine print.
